I am Traci Morgan, creator and owner of the TNMC Group.
Being a Transformation Strategist and Coach for more than 15 years, I have in-depth professional experience in Business Consulting and Human Resources, with a focus on Talent Acquisition, Employment Branding, and Workforce Planning. During my career, I have gained a massive amount of experience in Human Capital management and gained access to a wide range of brands and companies across various industries. Some companies where I have consulted and made an impact with are Accenture, AON/Hewitt Associates, AT&T, Citi, Deloitte, Dunn & Bradstreet, Ericsson, Hilton, ManpowerGroup, Marriott International, Starbucks, and the U.S. Dept. of Commerce, just to name a few!
I get it… I get what it means to see corporations and the job market changing. I get what it means to improve profit margins and also build a strong employer brand. Let’s not forget being underpaid and undervalued as an employee. I get what it’s like to simply want to shift the direction of your career, start a business, or even improve your current operations. I get what it feels like to just seem like another client during a consultation or person on the roster of a master class.

As a Certified John Maxwell Coach, Speaker, and Trainer, many have flourished in their career and/or business endeavors from receiving effective and practical business and strategy consulting, career transformation, leadership development, and all things Talent Acquisition. In addition to TNMC Group, I am the Founder & Executive Director of Poised in Purpose, Inc. (PIP, Inc.). PIP, Inc. is a non-profit organization whose programs deliver academic and social mentorship as well as tangible resources to the participants.
I have worked with students in South Fulton County School District (GA), Collin County School District (TX) and Guilford County Public Schools (NC). In August 2020, I received the Exceptional Woman Award: Non-Profit Category by Professional Women's Networking Association, recognizing my work and efforts in the states of GA, NC, and TX.
